Closomat Fully-inclusive 12 month Warranty
Our toilets come with a comprehensive 12 month warranty to provide cover in the unlikely event that things go wrong.

Our Warranty covers:
Our warranties are fully inclusive and require no user servicing. We’ll replace any part which fails due to a manufacturing defect or wear and tear.
*excluding seat, outer cover and WC Pan. Accidental damage not covered.
Closomat Care Plan
We offer a Closomat Care Plan to provide added peace of mind. A key part of this is the Annual Service. This ensures the toilet is operating in optimum condition and can often help to spot anything before it becomes a problem.
Our Care Plan covers:

An annual service
A Wash and Dry Toilet serviced regularly will keep it running smoothly. The annual service also provides an opportunity to ask any questions, or to request minor adjustments.

Unlimited callouts and repairs*
We’ll be there for you as often as you need us to quickly find and fix any fault. We’ve got you covered.

Parts and labour included*
We’ll replace any part which fails due to a manufacturing defect or wear and tear.
*excluding seat, outer cover, WC Pan and all accessories i.e. controls and arms. Accidental damage not covered.

No user maintenance required
Unlike some other manufacturers, we don’t expect you to lift a finger to carry out any maintenance tasks yourself. We’ll do it all for you.

Dedicated support direct from the manufacturer
We made the toilet, here in the UK, so we know best. We use our own service engineers to carry out all servicing and repairs.

Interest-free monthly payment option
To help spread the cost of the service plan, we offer the convenience of a monthly payment plan via direct debit. We do not charge interest for this option.
Information for Occupational Therapists
A Closomat Care Plan can be included as part of the DFG process, meaning that all future servicing and repairs will be handled and covered by us, the manufacturer. So if there is ever a problem of any kind, including minor adjustments, the client can call us, not you.
