As a responsible company, Closomat has remained operational throughout this unprecedented pandemic whilst protecting both our customers and staff.
We are now carrying out the majority of our working practices in line with pre-lockdown procedures. However, where a ‘lockdown procedure’ was particularly favoured, like remote assessments, we will continue to offer these.
Despite the relaxation of the final stages of the national lockdown, we wish assure all our stakeholders that Closomat remains committed to providing a safe customer experience by continuing to make use of the following safeguards:
- Product Specialists and Engineers have been equipped with all the relevant PPE, and follow strict Risk Assessments which we regularly review in line with government guidance, these documents are always available for you and your clients to view (via our website)
- Social distancing is practiced on all appointments, in our offices and factories
- Remote assessments continue via Skype, Teams, WhatsApp, Zoom or FaceTime. Please call your usual Product Specialist contact to arrange.
- We are also completing ‘solo’ visit assessments. We just ask that a carer, parent, guardian or family member be present at all times while our staff are on site.
