What to expect from your Customer Care Visit.

Our trained engineer will come to your house at a mutually convenient time and carry out the following:

  1. Check the installation – no matter who has installed the toilet, you can rest assured that a highly trained Closomat engineer will be on hand to check it over and sign-off the installation.
  2. Make any adjustments – all of our toilets are manufactured and tested in the UK. Each one is ready to be used straight out of the box – however if you need any minor adjustments making such as changing the douche pressure or water temperature, we can sort that out for you.
  3. Activate the warranty – our engineer will issue a certificate on completion of their visit, confirming the commencement of the toilet’s warranty.
